Cottage in Normandy with heated outdoor swimming pool, billiards, table football, table tennis, barbecue, home cinema, hi-fi system, Ethernet access available in the Fortunéï lounge (wifi not included as it is not very stable at reception) and a 55m2 to have your meals together, your meetings or hold your events.
This property consists of 2 houses and a chalet.
- In the “Robusta” house there are 3 double bedrooms upstairs and 2 living rooms with sofa beds, 2 fully equipped kitchens, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets… for a total of 10 beds maximum.
- In the “Fortunéï” house, there are upstairs: 2 double bedrooms + 2 bedrooms for 4 for a total of 12 beds, 3 shower rooms, 2 toilets.
- On the ground floor: a billiard room, an equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom, 1 toilet, a living room of 55 m2.
- The chalet “Washingtonia” sleeps 2, with large double bed 160 x 200cm, bathroom and toilet
