In our Norman houses , the ” alapalmeraie ” field we provide a billiards room, table football , table tennis , barbecue , garden furniture , home cinema , hi- fi, internet access by wi -fi and a lounge of 55m2 to your meals together , meetings or to party . This property consists of the two houses and a cottage. In the full house ” Robusta ” there has 3 double bedrooms upstairs and two rooms with 1 sofa bed 2 seats each on the ground floor , 2 bathrooms, 2 kitchens , 2 toilets … a total of 10 sleeps up . In the house ” fortunei ” there , on the floor : 2 bedrooms with 1 bed for 2 + 1 room with 2 beds 2 places + 1 room with 1 bed for 2 + 1 sofa bed for 2, a total of sleeps 12 , 3 bathrooms, 2 toilets. On the ground floor: a billiards room, a fully equipped kitchen, one bathroom, one toilet, living room of 55 m2. In the ” Washingtonia ” cottage, there is a room for two adults with flat screen TV , stereo and microwave . It is equipped with a small bathroom and toilet … The area can accommodate a maximum total of 24 beds including children, (excluding babies who sleep in beds umbrellas ) .

Modular houses groups depending on the season

Norman house ” At the Palmeraie ” is flexible lease with the House ” fortunei ” on one side and the Full House ” Robusta ” on the other side , and the Chalet ” Washingtonia ” … In July and August it is possible to rent a portion of the property ( rent modulated ) , which leads to the sharing of common areas such as swimming pool, barbecue, table tennis , if other tenants are in the same period than yours ! Sometimes the entire house Robusta is divided into large and small rental house in season … you can rent the whole. In our lodgings in Normandy, we offer four tariff seasons, weekly, weekend or midweek. When you reserve a rental date that overlaps two seasonal periods , the rate applied is the top season. Thank you for your understanding. The pool is a common element to all tenants from mid-April to mid-October , the rest of the year it is winter and not accessible.
