Large Normand cottage: The Fortunéï house is very comfortable, spacious with beautiful volumes of rooms, in a well decorated setting. This beautiful and large house can be rented all year round for a week, a weekend or mid-week. It is very suitable for a family of 6 to 10 people or with friends. The Fortunéï house can be rented individually as part of the modulated rental.

The advertised prices relate to the rental of the full Alapalmeraie cottage for 24 people, if you are fewer the overall rate remains the same.
Season overlap: We have 4 fare seasons (low, medium, high and very high season) and during a season overlap on a booking date for a weekend, or a week, it is the higher season rate that is applied. In low season, when there are holidays, or school holidays, this period automatically turns into a mid-season fare.

When you privatize the estate for a weekend or week, it is possible to add an extra night for the entire property for 300 euros.

To confirm and validate a reservation in one of our large lodges, you must print this contract below.
Alapalmeraie cottage rental agreement
You will have to fill them out and send them back to us by mail with a 50% down payment (if you opt for a check settlement).
Upon receipt, we send you a signed copy of the said contract, which will confirm your booking.
The balance is to send us at least 15 days before your arrival.
In the event of a late booking, the total amount must be paid as soon as you request your booking.

Deposit In the event of privatization of the estate, a deposit of 2000 euros is requested by the management or its representative. After the state of the exit, this deposit will be returned to you within 8 days after a full audit of the domain. In the event of a dispute an invoice for the damage will be sent to you and only after the amount to be paid the deposit will be returned to you.
In case of modulated rental, the deposit requested is up to the amount of the rental, excluding promotional rates.
Rental expenses included in the price: Water - end-of-stay household (see general conditions)
Expenses NOT included in the price: electricity charges and residence taxes of 0.80 e per person per night.
Options: Home linen rentals (bed adornment) - $18/double bed or €10 per single bed.
Bath towels: 4 euros per unit
