Corporate Cottage Rental
We rent two cottages for professionals and companies in Normandy, 18 km apart from each other. We welcome, 30 minutes from Deauville, Trouville and Honfleur, companies, associations or groups of 2 to 20 people for meetings, business seminars and team building. You will find below the description of two large open for rent to professionals in Normandy properties.
Privatization of the lodging “ALAPALMERAIE” for the night in the middle of the week (midweek) from Monday noon to Friday 10 am for companies only.

The Domain A la Palmeraie is flexible for rent with the house “Fortunei” on one side and the Complete cottage “Robusta” on the other side and also the Chalet “Washingtonia” … Sometimes the complete list Robusta is divided into large or small rental house in season … you can rent the whole. The pool remains a common element to all tenants.
This property consists of two houses and a cottage.
- « Robusta » cottage for up to 10 people, 3 double rooms upstairs, 2 lounges with sofa beds, 2 equipped kitchens, 2 bathrooms, 2 restrooms….
- « Fortunéï » house for up to 12 people, upstairs : 2 double rooms + 2 rooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 restrooms. On ground floor : 1 pool room, 1 equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom, 1 restrooms, 1 large lounge (55 square meters).
- Chalet « Washingtonia » for 2 people, 1 king size bed 160 x 200cm, bathroom and restroom …

- If you need a catering service for lunch or dinner, we can put you in touch with various caterers.
- When you book one of our two fields, you totally privatize the property that you are from February to December in the field “Alapalmeraie”.
- To be sure that each and each can have a single bed, one must consider that area “Alapalmeraie” you can be up to 12 people, and the field “Alabambouseraie” up to 20 people, in single, double or sofas in beds! …
- The field “Alapalmeraie”, you have to include a lounge of 55m2 in the house “Fotunéï” to take your meals in common, make your meetings or party according to your needs.
- The principle is the same for reservations Societies, as individuals when it comes to booking a week or weekend.
- To confirm a reservation, you must print in duplicate our terms and conditions and contracts, well read, fill and sign and attach to your mail the deposit payment of 50% of the total, either by check or bank transfer . Then we will send return mail, one of the two copies of receipts, so that you can have, you too, an original contract stamped and signed by us.
- For your information, the tax of the furnished Tourism is a 7% VAT.
