Caen

Caen is the city of William the Conqueror. It is now the capital of Lower Normandy. The castle which overhangs the city preserves a superb silhouette and lodges many museums. On both sides of this ducal symbol stand the Abbey to the Men as well as that dedicated to the Ladies.

They were founded by the Duke and his wife, Mathilde and bear witness to the splendor of Romanesque art in Normandy.Although hard hit by the bombings of spring and summer 1944, the town has kept a very lively old quarter as well. as many parks and gardens.

Etretat

Etretat is one of the showcases of Normandy. When you arrive on the beach you will discover its famous cliffs, its doors, its needle. In the center you will be surprised by the beauty of the houses and villas. And for fans of the adventures of Arsène Lupine, a visit to the house of its author, Maurice Leblanc, is a must.

Lisieux

This town is a very important place of pilgrimage. Thérèse Martin was born in Alençon on January 2, 1873 and grew up in Lisieux. She entered orders at the age of 15 to become Sister Thérèse of the Child Jesus.

She died in 1897 and was beatified in 1923 and canonized in 1925. We will be able to visit the places she frequented (Les Buissonets, Chapelle du Carmel) as well as the famous Basilica dedicated to Saint Thérèse, one of the most impressive and largest of the 20th century (it was completed in 1954).

Le Mont Saint Michel

“The Wonder of the West”

This place and the bay that surrounds it are famous all over the world. The origins of the abbey go back to the 8th century, when the Archangel Saint-Michel ordered, in a dream, the bishop of Avranches to found an oratory in his name on this islet. In addition to a simple visit to the village and the abbey, we invite you to discover the various legends and anecdotes of the place. We will take the picturesque little streets and the ramparts path to reach the abbey and its maze of buildings. Here more than elsewhere, it is better to follow the guide!
